RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 In order for us to be able to accept a return or exchanges it must meet the following requirements:

• An incorrect item was delivered

• The size delivered does not match the order

• The item received is severely damaged or defective

In such cases, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and provide clear photo evidence of the issue. We will review each case and offer an appropriate solution, such as an exchange or replacement, subject to item availability.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. The item(s) must in the same condition that you received it 

2.  It must also be in the original packaging & not washed.

3. If that product slight dotted stains,tiny thread hole or loose thread which are within 2cm which DO NOT affect the overall appearance of item will not be considered as defect.

4. The item is returned to us within 7 days from the original order date. If your item(s) are returned later than 7 days, your return will not be accepted and returned to the sender.

If your item(s) do not meet the provided requirements, they will be returned back to you. 

Size Exchange Policy:

We allow size exchanges within 7 days of receipt only if the requested size is still available and the original item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

All exchange requests are subject to approval and stock availability.
